Restocking/Conditioning Fee
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking or conditioning fee if the original packaging (box, crate, or container) has been opened.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original box and packaging materials. Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Please note: any damage incurred during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and related claims should be made directly with the shipping carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 30 days of the purchase date. All refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction.

Custom Orders
Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Customers are also responsible for all return shipping fees.

Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-approved by www.precisionmetaldetector.com. A valid ERP (Exchange/Return Processing) number is required and must accompany the returned item.

Financed Purchases
Orders made via financing are not eligible for cash refunds. Store credit will be issued instead.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning items is to be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
  Payments can be made via bank or internet banking. Use the system-generated account details to complete your transfer.

• PayPal
  A 5% handling fee applies to all PayPal payments. We encourage customers to use bank transfers for more cost-effective transactions.

• Credit Card
  Credit card payments are accepted through TransferWise.com for secure processing.

Standard Warranty Coverage
Most products include a 1-year limited warranty. Certain items may come with a lifetime warranty, valid only as long as the device remains operational. However, all warranties exclude coverage for misuse, natural damage, water exposure, and other improper handling.

Warranty Exclusions
www.precisionmetaldetector.com is not liable for damages caused by:

• Misuse or abuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Unauthorized repairs

• Alterations

• Poor maintenance

• Design flaws

• Natural occurrences (fire, flooding, freezing, etc.)

Equipment Warranty
Select equipment purchases include a 2-year warranty, effective from the invoice date.

Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• Items must be in new and unused condition

• Damage during shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt

• Original packaging must be retained and used for the return
