FixturLaser NXA Pro is an advanced digital laser shaft alignment system that brings together decades of alignment innovation with modern usability. Engineered for maintenance professionals, it features a large 6.5″ touch‑screen display, built-in MEMS gyroscopes, and Bluetooth-connected smart sensors to deliver fast, accurate alignment on a wide variety of rotating machines.

One of its standout functions is OmniView™, which uses the gyroscope in the display unit to keep the screen orientation aligned with the operator’s position relative to the machine—no matter where you stand. Another innovation, VertiZontal Moves, lets you make both vertical and horizontal corrections from a single measurement  reducing alignment time while maintaining precision.

The system’s power management is equally smart: the display unit runs for up to 10 hours on a full battery (with 50% backlight) and supports “express charging” up to 80% in just an hour.  Meanwhile, the smart sensor units are compact (about 33.5 mm wide), rugged, and built to last — they leverage 2nd‑generation CCD detectors, built-in Bluetooth II, and long-life batteries.

During alignment, the NXA Pro gives true live readings from both shafts simultaneously, even if the machine shifts or the laser beam is temporarily blocked.  The system supports a wide range of alignment routines including:
